Quality & Compliance

We design, manufacture and build Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) Houses to our clients specification.

Light Guage Steel Frame doesn't warp, shrink or rot and the precise nature of the material makes it ideal for prefabrication in a factory setting. This of course proides a control on quality that can ony be achieved in factory conditions.

Our build team comprises of highly skilled and experienced operatives who deliver to the highest standards. Testimony to this is the fact that we are the preferred installer for LGSF at the University Of Ulster Fire testing facility. We have also completed projects in the high specification realms of Hospitals and Airports.

Costs & Benefits

LGSF construction lends itself to ecomomies of scale due to the fact that so much can be pre-fabricated in a factory setting.

The pre-fabricated model reduces construction time onsite, which in turn reduces, supervision and management overheads as well as general labour on site.

This collectively reduces risk exposure to everything from construction hazards to delay from bad weather and overall saves time and money .

Environmental

Considerable reduction in production of onsite waste material, and up to 20% reduction in embodied carbon in building fabric.

The raw material is make from up to 40% of recyled material and 100% recylceable itself.

Each member is cut to size from a roll of steel so there is no wastage from off-cuts etc... Even the service holes for wiring and plumbing runs are cut into the frame as it is formed, before being fabricated into panels and delivered to site.

Security of Supply

Security of supply is the cornerstone of The Kingsmore Group. This is underpinned by the fact that we manufacture the system ourselves.

This enables us to control quality, accuracy and eliminates dependency issues with 3rd party suppliers. Panels shall be manufactured and stockpiled in advance, all of which shall be communicated to the client on the programme of works.

Our Delivery team will work closely with the client and following the agreed Deisgn Closure dates and lead in times we shall provide a programme and logistic plan with full transparency.
